The store was excessively clean and well stocked and organized , which I find interesting being a discount outlet. The staff was young however very pleasant.

Some of my online purchases were final sale, watch I didn't realize or remember. I looked them up before I came to the store and didn't see anything on the receipt, description, or tags, which was frustrating and embarrassing. I also purchased a necklace (costume jewelry for my daughter) that I wanted to return. I was given a hard time since there was no price tag to scan, even though that was how it was shipped to me! Another employee was able to educate the ones helping me that that was how online jewelry came, but it was still stressful and not the most positive experience.
