  We purchased both our engagement rings and wedding bands from Josephs and they were wonderful. We did not have the greatest experience when buying our engagement rings (incorrect sizing on rings, salesman who we felt did not care very much) but we went back for our wedding bands and we were paired with Jodie. She was AMAZING. She looked at basically every ring in the store for me and my wife, set us up to come back at their wedding bands event a few weeks later, and even researched different options for the rings. We will always be asking for Jodie when we visit Josephs.

  I bought an engagement ring here and Casey was super helpful explaining the different options and what the differences are between the rings. He also helped me make my deadline after a few delays and I was so pleased with his customer care. The ring came out perfect and my fiance loves it! I would definitely recommend!
