  My daughter got a dress for an occasion and realized there was a stain on it so didn’t wear it. The tags were on it. She when to return it and the girl at the register berated her so much she was in tears. She made her do an in store credit and made her use it that very moment and kept making her come back to the register saying it had to be the exact amount. Ending up making my daughter spend more just to return a dress! When I find out the persons name I will be driving 3 hours to have a conversation with her! You dont treat customers this way, especially making them cry! And NOT MY DAughter!

  Went into the store on Saturday night to make a purchase. Joanna was working the register and was very kind and talkative. I went back the following day to make a return. Madison was the employee “working the register.” Took her about 10 minutes to even come out to the register. Never felt treated so poorly by an employee at ANY store. Madison was rude, unfriendly, and most importantly made me feel like my simple interaction with her was some massive burden. I don’t expect every worker to spark up a conversation, but I DO expect decent respect as a customer. Never coming back to this store. Much better of ordering online where i’m not made to feel like an idiot.

  The staff seem very unhappy to be there. No smiles. No welcoming you into the store. The one checking us out barely gave us the time of day.

  This place is a complete mess—dirty, disorganized, and clearly not managed. One employee stands upfront glued to her phone instead of working, while the other (with the black septum piercing) is flat-out rude and dismissive. Asking them to do their actual jobs is apparently asking too much. There’s zero professionalism, zero customer service, and zero accountability. The attitude alone is enough to drive customers away, and it’s obvious why this location will fail. The staff is the problem plain and simple. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. If you drop an item on the floor be prepared for the pound of glitter and hair. who manages this place?
