I had 2 other trade in offers from other stores one for $750 and the other for $735.00 which was fair since firearm retail was $1050-1100. I get they have to make money, but Scheels tried to legitimately steal it with an offer of $300 dollars. What a joke, and to beat it all I was going to use trade in to purchase Christmas presents at Scheels. You guys either need to get someone who knows what they are doing or train them better.

- JCJohn ChewOct 29, 20251.0I purchased a Sig P320 for $1050.00. After purchasing the handgun I was looking to upgrade the slide with custom milling. What i found out was all the lawsuits and unintentional missfiring. Today, after only 200 ish rounds through the gun, it now sits in a cabinet. I was told that Scheels has amazing customer service. I went into the West Des Moines Scheels to see what they could do for me. They offered me $200. Scheels, you should have ALL customers wanting to purchase the Sig P320 sign paperwork that states the Sig P320 is a known unsafe handgun. Law enforcement agencys have stopped using them, multiple lawsuits have been filed about missfiring when in a holster and the trigger not being pulled! Please Scheels, do the right thing! Protect the public and your customers!! I would not have bought the Sig P320 IF I would have been told about these known issues.
