- MMMMJun 24, 20241.0love aerie and offline, but came in last week because i saw online that they had shorts i wanted in stock, i couldn’t find them so i asked a working if they knew where they’d be. she said that they aren’t out yet and im not able to purchase them until they are put on the floor in two weeks, yet online it says im able to purchase and pick up in 2 hours. fast forward a week later i decide to order them for pick up, ordered and came in to grab them 3ish hours later (online said they’d be ready in 2 hours) i received an attitude about how they aren’t ready yet and that i need to wait longer next time🙄 needless to say ill probably continue ordering online even tho shipping takes forever because i cant stand getting attitude (this comes from someone who works in the service industry and deals with customers on a daily basis, so no this wasn’t acceptable behavior)
