The first time we set foot in the store, just to browse, our salesperson Angela kept detailed notes about my fiancé’s likes and dislikes. When I came back on my own to start designing the ring, she already had so much information on hand Andrade the process much easier. Communication throughout the process was smooth and they were always easy to get ahold of if need be. Angela helped me create a beautiful custom ring for my fiancé and I cannot recommend Josephs highly enough for anybody in the market for an engagement ring, or any type of jewelry.

We took it to Joseph’s for a complete overhaul and they did a superb job. Kristen Poort our service advisor was very thorough in explaining the process and the projected timeline for the service. While I expected this process to not be completed until late January it was actually completed by the end of December. The watch was beautifully restored and carefully handled. I really appreciate the care and concern shown by Kristen and her diligence in providing all of the requested documentation to accompany this restoration process.
