  I had an excellent experience at Joseph’s, and Faith was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process. I went back and forth several times to find the perfect engagement ring and she had all the patience in the world. We will absolutely be going back for our wedding bands and any jewelry in the future!

  Today I picked up the Rolex watch that has belonged to my father since the 1970’s and that he has passed on to me. We took it to Joseph’s for a complete overhaul and they did a superb job. Kristen Poort our service advisor was very thorough in explaining the process and the projected timeline for the service. While I expected this process to not be completed until late January it was actually completed by the end of December. The watch was beautifully restored and carefully handled. I really appreciate the care and concern shown by Kristen and her diligence in providing all of the requested documentation to accompany this restoration process.

  I have been a long time customer of Jospeh’s since our first engagement ring in 2017. We have since bought a few other pieces along with a custom made upgraded engagement ring in 2023. We have always had nothing but 10/10 experiences but today they went above and beyond. Recently I was devastated to go to a different local jeweler (where we now live in FL) for a sizing that went wrong and it damaged my rings integrity. I waited until I could come into Joseph’s and Kristen at service was so kind and genuinely apologized for what had happened to us. We worked out a solution and I am so so grateful they are helping us get it back to what it was at the least stress to us. They truly cared about how special this piece was to us and about what happened. Thank you, thank you Jospeh’s and you will have my business all the way from Florida for life.
