  We have loved working with Todd while building my engagement ring and now looking at bands. He has made the whole process so easy and explained so many things to us both, has been patient with any questions and gets back to us in great timing. We felt no pressure with buying with Josephs and they stand behind their product. I love that my ring was worked on and created on site rather than sent out by mail etc. Highly recommend as a vendor in the wedding industry and as a customer.

  They created a setting for a pendant necklace for me that was perfect. I debated between a white gold and yellow gold setting, I wear more gold jewelry but like the look of diamonds in a platinum or white gold setting. They created a setting with the diamond set in white gold, but the part the chain slides along is gold. Problem solved and it looks beautiful!

  I recently had new custom bands made to go with my wedding ring at Joseph’s. Angela‘s ability helped me to create a custom design that required her to make precise measurements in order for them to fit with my current ring. I couldn’t be happier with the way the bands turned out. Thanks to Angela, the experience was so enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend Angela and Joseph’s jewelry.

  Stopped in to discuss a situation that we had with a recent purchase and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was busy with a customer and they sat us in a private room to wait until she was free. A couple minutes later in walked Mark Joseph Pres. We discussed our issue and we left a short time later feeling completely satisfied and smiles on our faces. Mark was a complete gentleman and went above and beyond to make things right! This just confirms it pays to shop jewelry at a well established establishment such as Joseph’s, which is locally family owned. Thanks again Mark!
