    I purchased 2 things from the store during my visit i used my card. Latter on several fraud transactions hit my account. I reported to the Store manager and they advised to follow up. Until this moment no one call. Beaware from scamming machine added to cards readers.

    Was at the West Des Moines branch. Wasn't very happy how the jewelry department salesperson spoke to me. I was interested in buying a ring and she totally lacked in customer service. It seemed that every question was a chore for her. Also, I'm a wheelchair user and it wasn't possible to look some of the shelves in the ladies department due to isles being blocked with other products. No employee was at all helpful.

    It was very quiet but I am guessing this is the clam before the storm. Was able to checkout a lot of soon to be Black Friday sales. Bed and bedding seems to be the finest deals.

    I’ve been to this location twice now to look at and try on suits so I can order the exact ones I am looking at online. The section is very unorganized and hard to find what you are looking for. After I finally got help on the second time there, the worker hardly looked for right sizes and after 5 minutes said she had to leave. I’ll go somewhere else with actual service for an expensive purchase of multiple suits!
