- NCNicholas CarleyFeb 23, 20261.0Ordered a valentines fruit arrangement for my wife. I picked it up drove home and when I opened it all the fruit was covered in mold!! It smelled horrible. Called the store to tell them and they offered me a discount on my next purchase. I just told them I would like a refund. They told me they can only refund a certain percent of the order because I already picked it up?! After arguing for 20 minutes I was promised a refund. 2 weeks later here we are without my full refund. I would never purchase anything here! Whoever I spoke to lied to me saying it wasn’t possible for her to do a refund and eventually she said she could. They offered me a discount on my next order. I won’t ever order/ purchase anything from them again and neither should you.

They were like oh we were going to call you because the place you want to take it doesn’t take deliveries. And I was like no your lieing because I just had something else delivered ten minutes ago and they got the item just fine. Then I was like I need it delivered by 12 which is what I put when I ordered two weeks ago. The lady was like well I don’t know we have many other orders. I ordered two weeks ago it should have been arranged to be dropped off at the correct time.
