While I did make a purchase here that I'm content with (not in the wallet, but otherwise), the customer service was lackluster. I'm not the target demographic for Aerie, but this was the only bra place I felt comfortable going to for simple, well-fit undergarments. The attendants did not ask me if I needed help (which I did), nor did they ask if I needed different sizes (after going to the dressing room multiple times I clearly did), and did not acknowledge my existence in the dressing area after they tried to walk in on me. Yet when the target demographic came into the store and dressing area (14-2-year-olds) they schmoozed them ad nauseam, and made me realize I wasn't being given the best customer service experience. I like what Aerie has to offer in terms of clothing and their social campaigns for body positivity (one big reason I felt comfortable shopping there), but would love to be treated with the respect I deserve as a 29-year-old woman looking for a decent bra.
