When I got home one was missing the battery pack and they forgot to take off the security button, the socks were missing then charger plug in! Called them immediately and they sounded confused but told me to come in! The next day I went in, not to return anything just to get the missing pieces! Well I didn’t bring the box! Long story short the stores run by teenagers and twenty something’s that know nothing about customer service! Now I have a $59. Pair of heated sock that won’t heat! Last time I go to Dunhams
