I brought 30 books, including a full set of the 1800s pictorial edition of Shakespeare writings, and for all of it they offered me $14. This was after I had waited 30 minutes to hear the offer. I wasn’t expecting a great price but somehow they managed to go below my already low expectations. I don’t even know how they get the numbers that they do. I tried asking what the offer would be if I took my Shakespeare books home and he said it was a group bundle. Nothing could be separated. I’m just taking my stuff to Goodwill next time, because this was genuinely such an insulting experience. I don’t think I’ll be back.
