I have had to have 4 devices sent to me in the last 2 months and I pay for two months at a time. The last time they sent me a unit it didn't work. I tried to explain it to the person on the phone and they blamed my battery even after I explained that the old unit I had was still working. I hoped a manager would call be back like I requested but no I had to call to check the status, which they hadn't even started the process to send me a new one. When I asked the manager Justin why these problems keep happening his response was, "sometimes things don't work". I find that excuse hilarious considering I pay for something so I expect to to work, not hope they work sometimes. LifeSafer is a horrible company that doesn't care about its customers who depend on their devices to get around. I really hope someone in the company that cares about its customers sees this post and does something about their products/services.
