Both Bonnie (owner), and her support agent Tammy, do business in a professional, courteous, straight-shooting manner. It's actually refreshing to work with them; there's no nonsense. If you're looking for great service, honest dealings, and good pricing, I highly recommend them. If you want your ego massaged, and lots of fluffy sales talk, you probably do want to go elsewhere. (Be prepared to pay extra, and sacrifice service, if you decide to go with the ego massaging and fluff talk)
