There were some issues with delivering to her apartment with a locked door to get to the apartments. Ben was very kind, called and was willing to work with me to make the delivery at another time. Overall the communication was top notch. The flowers were ultimately delivered and my loved one was absolutely touched and in awe of how beautiful looking, and smelling they were. This florist went above and beyond even what was necessary to make this delivery meaningful in a time of heavy heartache for our family. So grateful to have found this business and to have had such a good experience. 1000% recommend.
