Boesen the Florist has a long history of providing exceptional floral design and superior service to our customers in Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, and the surrounding areas. Our flower shop opened in 1923 and is currently run by the third generation of our family. We have evolved from a small shop on Beaver Avenue to a large 60,000 square feet design facility with seven greenhouses, a distribution center, and retail space.

He often comes here and picks out what he wants from the available selection. My favorite arrangements have included the very difficult to obtain "Cappuccino Roses", "Mocha Roses", as well as the garden roses. These stems lasted so long! He recently brought me here to help him pick out flowers for his grandmother's birthday. The selection in the floral cooler was pretty extensive. We chose a few key eye-catchers which the florist rounded out with a few other stems. The prices are very competitive, and the staff was very helpful. I can see why he keeps coming back here. This place is great!
