- JJJannetteApr 8, 20261.0I explained you your rep that this has to be done for IL but ticket in IA. Required by IL. It was not relayed to shop and a different unit has to be installed for IL. If I wouldn’t of said something, your company would of costs me more money because I would have to have gone back, caused my car to be messed with more, missed work, possibly law issues and reporting issues. I explained to your rep. Do you understand how huge the consequences would be if it was done incorrectly???
