I was shouted at from across the store and spoken to in a very rude and condescending tone for asking the person I was shopping with if I could open a product to see what color it was. In the workers defense, there were signs stating not to, but I clearly didn't see them and she was incredibly mean about it. I've never in my life been spoken to so rudely by a store employee.I felt so uncomfortable after her yelling at me that I left the store without purchasing anything, I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone else!

I went in here today to get my order pick up and I went to the customer service desk. when I walked in, there were no employees at the counter but two ladies were standing talking to each other until one finally came around the counter to help me. The one that helped me was a short black older lady that i have seen multiple times when i shop here and she wasn't friendly at all when she encountered me. She asked for my phone number and went to get my package, when she returned she just stood there with the package in her hand held out to me, no thank you or anything. Very unprofessional, I did talk to the manager Suzanne, she apologized and she said she would talk to the employee but im not sure if anything will be different next time I shop there due to the manager/employee relationship.
