Nice facility. I believe there used to be a restaurant, years ago, but its no longer there. Lots of fishing, boating, outdoor clothing and some water sports gear. Plenty of shooting and archery gear too.

They need an archery manager really bad that knows what there doing and cares about there job. I really wish Steve would come back. I called up the archery department and it takes forever and a life time to get transferred to someone to talk to in archery. I got put on hold forever. Had to call back twice. It isn't the fact that the employees aren't nice they are. They just don't have the knowledge and experience. There archery product selection is lacking really bad. I've found that if I have to drive and hour and 15 minutes it's actually worth going to Archery Field And Sports in Altoona Iowa because half the time Bass Pro Shops archery department never have what i need or there out of stock. IT'S SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Easter Bunny photos on Sunday, March 22nd, and I wanted to share a big thank you to the team working that day. We had a 3:45 reservation, but I was called into work last minute, so my dad took my daughter and they arrived late. The team was getting ready to close, but they were incredibly kind and still allowed my daughter to take an individual photo and also a group photo with her cousins. She was so happy and excited to see the Easter Bunny and take pictures with her cousins. We have been coming for the last 3 years and look forward to it every year. This created a very special memory for our family that we will always remember. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness, it truly meant a lot to our family.

There’s such thing as “pushing the sale,” and then there’s shoving the sale repeatedly down my throat, which is what happened to me at Bass Pro. We came just to peruse the selection of items in the store and look at fish, and we were quickly approached about a Bass Pro timeshare-like situation. It was incredibly frustrated to be pulled away from what we were doing to make pointless conversation with someone trying to sell us something we didn’t ask for. After getting sucked into that conversation, despite having no interest in it, we went about the rest of the store. When it came time to leave, we were literally standing in the automatic exits when a worker tried one last time to ask if we were signed up for Bass Pro Rewards and to convince us to sign up. I felt like I was at a car dealership rather than a Bass Pro. It was so scummy feeling, I don’t think we will be back.
