  Please use a different interlock service. Cheaper is definitely not always better. I have been with them almost a year and I'm on the 4th or 5th device (I've lost track). One of which I had to pay for someone to take me over an hour away to get because they had none to send me. And even with the inconvenience of being out money and time, they wouldn't even send me a few new mouthpieces. Other interlock services give you free mouthpieces with your recalibration every 60 days, but Alco Test makes you pay like $3 each along with $15-$25 shipping to send them to you. You have to be on Autopay and there is no reminder email before your payments process. You have to be 100% on top of your payments to make sure you're not overcharged at the end of your time because payments are not on the same day each month and sometimes you have 2 payments in the same month.

  Trouble started as soon as i signed the contract. They told me they would fully reimburse me for the installation (which was the main reason i signed up) they are also closed on weekends so if for any reason you need your device serviced, You cant do it. Shop around for a different company and dont make the same mistakes i did. Avoid at all cost.

  DO NOT USE ALCOTEST THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGNED UP. WAS TOLD I WOULD BE FULLY REIMBURSED FOR THE INSTALLATION COST WHICH WAS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CHOOSING THIS COMPANY. TO FIND OUT THEY ONLY REIMBURSE $90. WAS LOCKED OUT BECAUSE I LEFT MY CAR RUNNING WHILE I WENT INTO THE GAS STATION AND THEY CHARGED ME $80 TO “UNLOCK” IT. LADIES RESPONSE TO SAYING I WOULDVE CHOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WOULD HAVE FULLY REIMBURSED ME WAS “THEY ALL SAY THAT”. ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS SINCE HAVING THIS PIECE OF CRAP INSTALLED AND THINGS ARE ALREADY STARTING TO FALL OUT OF THE WOODWORK. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND USE SURESTART

  Called Alco and spoke with Lissa. My mechanic recommended this company and Lissa. She was great. She made the process easy, and answered all of my questions in detail. She was professional and friendly. What more could you ask?

  This company is amazing. Before I i got my interlock I called every single interlock place in the state. NO ONE game me as much information as Lissa did. Every other company beats around the bush about the things you will have to pay and they all say they can give me this this and this for free, when it came down to it nothing they were offering me was actually free. Lissa told me up front everything I will be paying and was FULL of information. This company fully understands what they are doing and they are absolutely amazing. I am SO happy with my decision in choosing AlcoTest. The device is the easiest to use in the entire industry. They have the same devices that all law enforcement use's. I can't thank AlcoTest enough for the most amazing and painless and hassle free experience.
