There are lots of advertising for paying for tracking. They charge for shipping insurance and do not honor the insurance if you do not receive your package. They will re-ship for another $15.00 fee. I do not recommend Pappua. I will be communicating with JCPenney. They need to know about this. Why did Pappua start coming up on my phone after ordering from JCPenney?
