- GFGabby FreyAug 3, 20191.0The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walk in and no one helps me or greets my group. Then go to try on some shorts and I get a look up and down from the dressing room attendant and a huff (more than likely due to my size for I am a heavier person). I then go to buy the shorts and there was no customers in line so I start one on one side of the racks around the counter and about one minute later, another woman starts one on the other side of the racks and when the cashier called for the next person, I walked over seen as though I was there first and I put my stuff down and start getting my card out to pay and the other woman comes over, pushes my stuff out of the way and puts all of her stuff down on the counter. The cashier asks who was in line first and I say that I was because I was but the other woman says I was lying and that I needed to get back in line and the cashier told me to "go to the back of the line and wait like every one else has to" so I left and will never be buying anything ever again from American Eagle
