  I’ve bought from Sunglass Hut before and always had great experiences. This however was a very disappointing experience. The associate did not understand their job, didn’t seem interested in helping me, and when I tried to contact management to get a better explanation nobody will answer the phone or callback. The 800# cannot help me as my purchase was in store.

  I have a pair of raybans that are 2-3 years old I got from this location . Somehow lost a screw that holds the lenses together. Brought them in on the off-chance that they had a screw that would work. I don’t know her name, but the nice red-haired girl working closing shift on 6/13 was the most helpful and friendly person ever. 10/10 will continue to shop here. Excited to get another season or two out of my (well loved) glasses!
