Called two other days and no answer. Id assume they were out of business but apparently not just never open. Finally gave up and bought the sunglasses online from rayban without trying them on like i planned.

I got an email saying it was ready for pickup (same day), double-checked the hours to confirm they're open, drove 30 minutes to get there, and out of all the outlet stores, they're the one that's closed. Outlet customer service said they're having management issues and staffing issues right now, so they are closed often. I'm sure when they're open, they're fine, but my experience was bad because I couldn't even get in the store. I've tried calling 3 other times and they never answer. So, as of 10/15/24, don't assume they're open. Call first! (Luckily, the company Rayban was able to switch my order to ship directly to me, so all good there). If I ever go back and they have figured out their situation, I'll update my review to be nicer! Haha
