Daylin the manager was so rude and nasty to me and my mother that my mom walked outside the doors and started crying. We went there to purchase 2 pairs of Michael Kors boots for Christmas. One was going home with me and the other she was taking to my sister out of town. My mom who is in her late 60's requested 2 bags since they were going 2 places. Daylin very rudely told her NO THEY AREN'T GIFT BAGS- we are aware they aren't gift bags lol. So I suggested my mom pay for the boots separately that way we both had a bag to carry out items to their separate locations and Daylin rolled her eyes and raised her voice and said, "im not going to stand here and argue with you people about bags." Then proceeded to be very nasty to my mom and tit for tat back with her... all over a bag. It was the weirdest most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my entire life & we will NEVER be back.
