  Store employees would not let me retrieve my order sunday evening at 4pm. The employees are snobby & rude. As soon as i walked in they looked at me as if i shouldnt be there. I make plenty of money & can afford larger names like Gucci 😅. Don't judge people based off looks. I purchased the item I was picking up to use for giveaways at my business. I would of brought a large amount of units had it went well. I had to use a different store. They also said I couldnt pick up my order without an ID. But they offered to cancel my order without an ID. I realize it is a policy but I pick up at tons of stores at the outlet. I have never been id'd. I cancelled my order. I'll just shop elsewhere. I will not shop at this location any longer. Thanks.

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved in my LIFE! Daylin the manager was so rude and nasty to me and my mother that my mom walked outside the doors and started crying. We went there to purchase 2 pairs of Michael Kors boots for Christmas. One was going home with me and the other she was taking to my sister out of town. My mom who is in her late 60's requested 2 bags since they were going 2 places. Daylin very rudely told her NO THEY AREN'T GIFT BAGS- we are aware they aren't gift bags lol. So I suggested my mom pay for the boots separately that way we both had a bag to carry out items to their separate locations and Daylin rolled her eyes and raised her voice and said, "im not going to stand here and argue with you people about bags." Then proceeded to be very nasty to my mom and tit for tat back with her... all over a bag. It was the weirdest most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my entire life & we will NEVER be back.
