  This store is closed, when it was open, it was terrific, but now that it’s closed not sure where to goto for samsonite equipment

  My husband and I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at the Samsonite store on O’ahu, thanks to the remarkable store manager, Jessica Bernal. Jessica’s deep expertise was evident; she knows the business inside and out! She expertly coordinated the repair of two pieces of our luggage, both still covered under their generous warranty. She handled every detail with patience and a warm demeanor, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Our carry-on had a broken wheel, and our medium-sized bag was severely damaged from a mainland flight’s baggage handlers (warped zipper and frame, despite having luggage straps). We were BLOWN AWAY when Jessica’s team fully restored both pieces in ONLY 5-6 business days (I anticipated 6-8 weeks!) and shipped them directly to our doorstep!!! And all we had to pay was a tiny shipping fee of $20 total (for 2 pieces of luggage!) for this incredible level of service! I adore our gorgeous Caribbean Blue luggage and was thrilled to not only have it restored but also to have it back in time for my next trip! We were equally impressed by the store itself, which had an array of innovative, high-quality Samsonite products that left us eager to return. Jessica’s excellence and dedication have made us loyal customers, and we can’t wait to shop there again. It’s hard to find this level of quality these days! HIGHLY recommend Jessica and the O’ahu Samsonite team — OUTSTANDING service and professionalism!
