  Nikolina is incredibly friendly and well educated regarding the entire brand of products. She really delivers that "Rolex" experience and though one member of our party was unable to get the watch he was after, she made sure he felt well taken care of. As a whole, it was such a wonderful experience!

  I had an unbelievable experience at the Bucherer | Rolex store in Wailea, and I want to give a special shout-out to Nikolina. She is by far the best Rolex representative I’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. Her communication was flawless the entire time — professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. Nikolina went above and beyond to make my visit memorable and truly exceeded every expectation I had. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help, and she made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. Because of her, this became one of the best luxury-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re in Maui and thinking of visiting the Rolex store, do yourself a favor and ask for Nikolina. She made the entire experience exceptional, and I can’t recommend her enough.

  I had a wonderful experience at Tourneau | Bucherer in The Shops at Wailea. This was an unplanned visit on a beautiful Sunday evening after Thanksgiving while vacationing with my family—We walked in with no expectations. David welcomed us and took the time to understand my interests. I mentioned I was looking for a SUB, knowing it usually comes with a long waiting period. I also shared that I had started considering Tudor as a backup option since I wouldn’t purchase a watch without a manufacturer warranty and discussed my inclination towards GMT's. Our conversation then shifted to the Oystersteel range and technical specifications that Rolex has to offer, then noticed an AK and upon inquiring was being offered—and the moment I tried the 126900 on my wrist, my perspective changed from liking it to loving it. After David left, Nikolina continued the discussion and helped finalize the purchase, including adjusting the size to my preference with Ryan’s assistance. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and never made me feel like a first-time buyer. I would definitely recommend Bucherer—if you’re in Maui, stop by and meet these amazing people to converse about your watch interests!
