Your employee Storm is, without exaggeration, one of the kindest and most genuine people we have ever met. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication to customer service were absolutely exceptional. The way he advised us — with patience, passion, and impressive product knowledge — completely elevated our shopping experience. We originally came in just to browse, but thanks to his outstanding guidance and enthusiasm, we ended up happily spending over $400. What impressed us most was his authentic passion. You can genuinely feel that he loves what he does and truly cares about customers. That kind of dedication is rare and makes a real difference.   I headed into the store with the mission to purchase new clothes for running and upon entering, Robin warmly welcomed me into the store and immediately inquired about what brought me in. I expressed my need and he properly guided me in the right direction and provided a range of options for the article of clothing I was looking for. As soon as I had a couple items selected, he immediately offered to take them off my hands and secured a stall in the fitting room. This led me to meeting Pua, who elegantly assisted me with trying on the prospective clothes. She kindly asked questions as I tried on the clothing, creating a safe space for me to express my appreciation for your brand as she shared fantastic information about your future expansion at their existing location! When I made my final decision on the clothes, Robin seamlessly guided me through the checkout process and Pua kindly gave me a proper farewell before exiting the store. This is one of the most pleasant retail experiences I've ever had, from start to finish. I truly hope this team receives the recognition they deserve as the dynamic for retail shopping has changed in recent years. Their attention to detail secured my loyalty to your brand and I certainly look forward to visiting again soon.

  Best store ever! The second I walked in the door the staff greeted us. As I made my way through the store one of the staff members offered my babies to sit in the back and color! This gave me such good break to be able to shop! Thank you lululemon Wailea for an amazing shopping experience!

  Best Lululemon on the island! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store has an excellent selection. Gigi was especially amazing — so knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend stopping by!
