Failure to answer inquiries about my order. 4. Failure to call me about a Tag order and install lettering. Store Manager and two sales associate were incompetent and had many excuses and treated me poorly after the sale was completed. The sales person for the Tag Order never contacted me about lost order. l had to call customer service to receive the appropriate treatment. l just received a tracking number as requested for my Bag. This LV store in Muai Wailea gave me Horrible treatment after the sale was completed.These people require customer service training and this is not acceptable. Everyone should be treated equally and Fairly.
