  One of the worst experience ever had with LV. The female manager is very condescending, and does not treat customers with respect. Does not recommend to shop at this location

  Eiko and Mary were amazing and went above and beyond for my son and I. They were patient and helpful. Their kindness is so appreciated. We were celebrating his birthday while in Maui. I highly recommend this LV store!!

  I am extremely disappointed with this LV Maui Wailea. 1. Failure to deliver my package to the correct address. 2. Failure to locate my bag in the store. 3. Failure to answer inquiries about my order. 4. Failure to call me about a Tag order and install lettering. Store Manager and two sales associate were incompetent and had many excuses and treated me poorly after the sale was completed. The sales person for the Tag Order never contacted me about lost order. l had to call customer service to receive the appropriate treatment. l just received a tracking number as requested for my Bag. This LV store in Muai Wailea gave me Horrible treatment after the sale was completed.These people require customer service training and this is not acceptable. Everyone should be treated equally and Fairly.

  As soon as we walked in, we mentioned having the bag on display & the SA corrected our pronunciation…awkwardly she pronounced Capuchin wrong. It was incredibly rude to correct us but also the associates should know how to pronounce the names of the merchandise.
