  I recently visited the store - the salesperson just changed his attitude immediately after selling me products. Firstly, he was able to help me find the items that I wanted, which is good. He stayed a little bit longer after 8PM to finish my purchase here. But he didn't give me any wipes for either Prada or Burburry probably because of that. I returned immediately to request for the cleaning wipes but he refused with a determined face. His reason is that he need to drive three hours home. I don't know if he's being exaggerated. I had to come back for another day for that wipes during my busy schedule for tours. The manager helped me get one and immediately told me that she felt sorry that I had to come back for the wipes. Secondly, I was confused about the only Prada left so I called to get a new one replaced. He was pushing to let me buy the only one I asked if he can find any new item because that one on display is full of scratches. He said no on the day and asked me to exchange in the mainland. The next day I called again to request a new one from King's shop. He checked the system and told me the one in King's shop don't have any stock and their store at Queen s place is the larger stock for Prada. He's good at finding your pairs but not good at after-selling service or exchange. He even told me to exchange the item in mainland US. I realized how difficult it was after I exchanged successfully there in the big island. Thirdly, I had to come three times during my short visit there to get my right back just made me feel this purchase is a little bit unsmooth. I don't know if it is normal for other people in big island but at least not for me in sunglass hut in other places?

  We recently visited the Sunglass Hut in Waikoloa Village and were deeply disappointed by the customer service. From the moment we walked in with our two children, the salesperson made us feel unwelcome, as though our presence was an inconvenience. Their attitude was dismissive and uninviting, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Shopping for sunglasses should be an enjoyable experience, but this visit left a sour impression. If you’re visiting with family, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  Surprised and grateful with the kind and professional attention of the young man who attended us on Friday afternoon. Too smart and helpful. I recommend going here for any questions and help you need with your sunglasses.
