- KKKate5 days ago1.0I love Whalers - went to eat lunch and do a bit of shopping. It was all soured by the parking fee! I’ve never seen such a greedy awful parking fee. $44 for a few hours!! Thank goodness for the one voucher which dropped it to $28. Sorry Maui - Aloha to you. Your prices are crazy at this point. Have been coming for decades. Spent a couple hundred bucks at Whalers only to be hit with that fee leaving. The greed and nickel and diming is ridiculous. You’re going to ruin it.

I caught the bus from South Kihei and it took about 45 minutes (after I caught the right bus :D) It's a very nice, compact shopping centre. Plenty of shopping to do, I managed to get a few souvenirs. Also got a grab to eat at one of the restaurants on site.
