  We first visited this store while we were on the island, and it was such a wonderful experience. The entire team was welcoming and helpful. Frank, in particular, has been assisting me with items I love, and he has been absolutely amazing.

  My husband came in and bought me a bag while I was back at the hotel. No one would even acknowledge him in beachwear… I went in, had amazing service. But they offered to ship my box and then didn’t? That sucks.

  Love this Louis Vuitton boutique — it’s become one of our must-visit stops every time we’re in Maui 🛍️✨ We’ve been a few times now and the staff are always so welcoming, helpful, and professional. Such a beautiful shopping experience every visit!

  Very fine shopping experience. Was in the area after doing a whale watching tour. Was warmly greeted upon entering the store. Saw many new items from previous emails or advertisements. Made our selection, it was wrapped up and we were on our way. 10/10 shopping experience!

  Sales people should acknowledge every customer and not judge potential sales based on skin color or attire. I would’ve bought a couple bottles of perfume and a wallet had a sales rep took their time to acknowledge waiting customers. I left after 20 minutes even after trying to get a sales rep attention and making eye contact.
