  Kelli is the best, hands down. I only work with her for watches and jewelry because I know I'll get an amazing experience every time. I’ve come back to her for multiple purchases over the last year & will be a customer for life. She knows her stuff, is super patient, and never pressures you into buying anything. She genuinely focuses on finding the perfect piece for you, not just making a quick sale. The whole process is easy, trustworthy, and actually fun. If you’re heading to the store, you have to ask for Kelli. She’s the reason I’m a loyal, repeat customer!

  This authorized dealer is amazing. First off Kelly the sales rep is a wonderful human. She is down to earth, very knowledgable, and so helpful. If you are on Maui and have a love for great timepieces stop here. They have an excellent CPO (certified pre owned) selection. They have so many display watches. They even have Land Dwellers on display. What an excellent AD (authorized dealer). Beautiful location, excellent representatives.

  My very first visit to this Rolex store was back in April 2025, while on vacation in Maui with my wife. We were on our way to dinner and decided to stop in to browse some of the watches on display. That’s when I met Ryan. To my surprise, we instantly connected turns out, we’re both from North Carolina. What started as a casual conversation quickly turned into a genuine connection. We talked about cars, especially since I’m a big Audi enthusiast and Ryan used to sell Audis himself. That made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Although I had no intention of buying a watch that day, Ryan’s professionalism and authenticity really stood out. He gave me his business card and mentioned that the two-tone Wimbledon I was interested in was a tough piece to get, but he would keep me in mind if one became available. Fast forward to October, during our 9th anniversary trip, we were back in Maui and decided to stop by the store again, just to say hello. Ryan happened to be off that day, but I spoke with Amber, who was just as welcoming. I came back a few days later, and to my surprise and appreciation, Ryan immediately recognized me and remembered our first visit and entire conversation from months prior. After catching up, I told him how meaningful a Rolex watch would be to me and what a perfect anniversary memory it would make. While I was FaceTiming a close friend, showing him some of the collection pieces on display, a lovely lady from the store personally came over to welcome me to the Rolex family — letting me know that they were willing to sell me the watch. BOOM JUST LIKE THAT I was getting my two-tone Wimbledon 41mm! From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of first-class. Ryan and the entire team made me feel valued, remembered, and genuinely appreciated something that’s hard to come by these days. Thank you, Ryan and the Maui Rolex team, for turning a casual visit into an unforgettable memory and helping me secure a watch that will forever remind me of our 9-year anniversary in paradise.

  My family and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan during our trip to Maui, and he was truly outstanding. He kindly let me try on some memorable pieces and took the time to explain everything with great professionalism. It made this very special family trip — celebrating my 30th birthday and my grandfather’s 85th — even more meaningful. Unfortunately, Ryan was not in the store the following day. Since my time in Maui is very limited and it’s not a place I can visit often, I felt a bit disappointed not being able to continue our conversation. That said, I truly appreciate Ryan’s kindness and professionalism. He made a lasting positive impression, and I hope to have the chance to follow up with him or the team in the future.
