  A truly best-in-class AD experience. Having visited more than 10+ Rolex boutiques globally and acquired a few pieces over the years, I can say without hesitation that this visit stood apart. My wife and I walked in mid-afternoon and were graciously welcomed by Amber, whose warmth and professionalism immediately set the tone. Amber took the time to understand our interests in detail and invited us to explore the collection at our own pace. We were encouraged to try on a wide range of models, and she thoughtfully guided us through each piece - articulating the features and design elements with genuine enthusiasm and passion for watches. At no point did we feel rushed; rather, the experience was relaxed, engaging, and felt tailored as if we had an appointment. She also introduced us to Bucherer’s Certified Pre-Owned program, offering a comprehensive overview of the sourcing, servicing, and curation process. Her depth of knowledge and transparency further elevated our confidence in the boutique. It was a pleasure in every respect and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Maui.

  I went in to discuss watches and just approximate timetables. Not guaranteed but just order of magnitude. The associate ran the conversation around in circles. I guess they are not in the business to sell watches to tourist but they are located in a top tourist area…..

  First and foremost, an overall amazing experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice and truly embodied the aloha spirit. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Ryan in July. He was super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job and takes genuine interest in his clients. We talked watches, cars and life. I was very fortunate to acquire a 41MM Black Dial Datejust. Working with Ryan was a great experience and I hope to do so again!
