The door was locked when we first stopped by well within business hours, and after 10 minutes she came out of the back room and finally unlocked the doors. An unpleasant experience for sure.

- TLTshing-hun LíAug 1, 20221.0我們從一進商店，售貨員就沒出過聲，只是站在我們的後方3步距離的地方盯著我們，他不詢問我們的需要，他的身體語言告訴我，他認為我們隨時會偷他們的眼鏡，甚至在我們選購了兩副眼鏡付款時，他一開口就要求我要出示身份證明，甚至拒絕我的信用卡，原因是她“無法看清楚卡號”。這是我在夏威夷行程的第6天，我每天用這張卡消費，她是第一個告訴我，她看不到卡號而拒絕交易。 有意思的是，前一晚我參加11:00蝠魟夜潛行程，才用這張卡臨時買了一個手機用的防水套，停在海岸邊的廂型車後方的小燈泡下，熱情的服務人員還手抄了我的卡號。如果在夜晚燈光不足的狀況下，人家都能看到卡號，那大白天讀不到卡號，有問題的應該是這個售貨員的眼睛而不是我的卡。至於刷卡要出示ID，也是在夏威夷的行程中，第一個遇到這種要求的店家。 我以為是售貨員心情不好，所以態度糟糕，結果他在包裝我們購買的眼鏡時，走進來一對白人夫妻，她立刻滿臉笑容的提高音量請他們先看看，她馬上就好；那時我們才恍然大悟，她帶著有色的眼鏡在販售太陽眼鏡呢。 售貨員用他自己腦袋裡的偏執系統過濾客人，他先預設我們是小偷，我們付款時又預設我應該是冒用別人的卡所以要ID，給了卡又預設一定拿的是假卡，所以卡上的卡號沒有像新卡一樣讓她清清楚楚的看到，她就拒絕交易。 所以這家店服務好不好？我是有色人種，我得到的就是他當你是小偷，他其實完全不想把東西賣給你，當然如果你是白種人，應該可以得到VIP的服務。我不確定這間店的其它售貨員是否也是種族歧視者，不過我遇到的這個頭髮灰白的老太太絕對是。
