She then went several steps further checking the glasses for alignment, then offered to check their fit. The offer was declined and she still double checked the glasses on my daughter’s face. Exceptional customer service demonstrating her 30 years of glasses fitting or repair. She went above and beyond our request. Thank you so much.

- MSManchim ShimanengJan 25, 20261.0I bought Meta Rayban glasses and wore them for two days, but they made me dizzy. I actually liked the product, but for that reason I decided to return them. When I went back to this store to return it, the chubby employee told me Meta glasses cannot be returned once the box is opened. He even mentioned that “too many people returned them after vacation” and we have a bunch of them here, and showed me a sticker claiming they’re non-returnable. That didn’t sound right, so I checked Sunglass Hut official website before coming here, and it clearly states they accept returns even if the box is opened no questions asked. I didn’t argue because I was on vacation, my 7-year-old daughter was with me, and there were other customers around. I didn’t want to make a scene, but this was very frustrating. I went to the other Sunglass Hut at the Royal Hawaiian Mall and the they accepted my return with no issue. Be careful buying items here it feels like they’re making up their own return policies. 01/25/26 1500 hrs.
