  While waiting out the rain, we parked and bopped around the multiple stores in this complex to run errands and shop around. While I did stop at this store, I found their products were overpriced, so I didn’t purchase anything. They had my car towed. Didn’t think I’d have to move my car from stall to stall for each store in the complex I visited. How tedious. And annoying. And vicious. Beware anyone visiting this store or any others in this complex. Best move your car 10 feet each time you visit a new shop. Or buy something I guess or they’ll get money from you any way they can.

  Ordered a frame and they informed me 7-10 business days. After 12 days I called for a status. They had no answer and called me back the next day. They told me the frame I ordered was out of stock. Why couldn’t they determine that the day I ordered? Other frames were out of stock but they knew right away so I didn’t pick those. Why didn’t the folks in charge of making the frame inform Pictures Plus immediately and then tell me? No communication. What if I never followed up? Not sure if they would have called me back…waiting weeks until I had no frame. Overpriced too.

  Came to the store on a Friday afternoon at 3:40 pm. Door locked, someone sitting at the counter, pretending I'm not there, no one answering the phone. I understand only opening 3 days during a pandemic, but if you're going to say you're open till 4 pm then open till 4pm.
