I phoned the store and spoke with K*v*n who told me that he spoke to the sales associate(after placing me on a brief hold) and said that he or she(he wouldn’t give me their name), had “accidentally hit the picked up button.” He then placed me on another short hold. I was then connected to D*v*y who asked for my email and then did a return for the items that I never picked up. I received an online confirmation for this return(re: items that were never picked up). She did apologize but that being said I worry how many other people, possibly tourists as well, buy items online that they never picked up but they still get charged it for unknowingly. 14 pairs of shoes amounting to approximately $1,900.00 USD is certainly too huge of an accident done at the “push of a button” not to be mentioned and should be a a forewarning for other shoppers. Mahalo.
