The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. When I tried to ask for assistance, the sales associate responded with clear attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. My request was brushed off, and I was essentially ignored. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and exclusivity, this level of service is unacceptable. Luxury shopping should come with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this was the worst Louis Vuitton store experience I’ve ever had. I will think twice before returning.

We spent over 30 minutes in the store without receiving any assistance whatsoever. We were genuinely interested in purchasing multiple products across different departments, yet no one approached us or offered help. For a brand of this level, this lack of service is simply unacceptable. In the end, we decided to leave and shop elsewhere. Very disappointing for a store that prides itself on luxury and customer experience
