- VHVincent HuynhSep 15, 20251.0I came in to purchase a pair of shoes and was met with one of the coldest welcomes I’ve ever experienced in retail. The sales associate looked me up and down with clear judgment, as if my presence was an inconvenience. This was shocking, especially compared to the warm and professional service I received on my first visit last year. As someone with a long background in customer experience, this interaction was well below the standard of not only a luxury brand, but any retail establishment. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. This visit left me extremely disappointed and has tarnished the positive impression I previously had shopping with Loewe.
- MLMagnus LJul 4, 20255.0Wonderful service from the staffs even though I definitely dressed super casual with no luxury brands on me but they treated me with respect. I was surprised to find out that this store had a handful of items that were usually out of stock or not available in the first place at the other stores or online, including the original puzzle bag! The price is also lower than the MSRP of other stores or online in the US. Ended up coming out of this store with a beautiful piece of item. Highly recommended and thank you for the great service.

I chose the another one but when I inbox it before I went to the airport, i found they gave me the one with hump.... And we are rush to the airport. It's make people feeling soooooo BAD!

Randy is such a kind and patient client advisor and has helped me purchase a wallet and tote bag over this year. From the other client advisors, back of house team, security guard to the store manager, all of them are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for all of your hospitality towards me (and my dog)!
