  I highly recommend Watanabe Floral! I always use them for flower (and lei) deliveries on Oahu, mostly for birthdays. I live out of state and their online ordering makes it super easy to schedule deliveries. They are also highly communicative, so I know exactly when the flowers are dropped off. They were also quick to correct a delivery mistake, when they forgot the birthday balloon that went with the flowers. Most recently, I used them to deliver flowers for a funeral and I was blown away by their customer service. It was my first time delivering flowers for a funeral and when I called Watanabe to make sure they could deliver to the funeral venue, they had already confirmed drop off directly with the venue. They made the process smooth and stress-free. The flower arrangements and lei always look great as well! Thank you Watanabe Floral!

  We are a florist that offers destination services and reached out via e mail to open a wholesale account. We did eventually received a generic e mail with request for a G17 form as well as license. We submitted as requested. We never had a rep call or e mail us if the account was open or if we were able to place a wholesale order. We did e mail several times as the two week deadline that is usually expected from wholesale (minimum) for placing an order was fast approaching. We never received an e mail with verification or just a courtesy to let us know that the account was open and we were able to place an order. Knowing the industry and understanding how busy it can get we opted to call. Our phone calls went straight to voice mail six times as we made multiple attempts through out the week to no avail. Our calls were never returned. As we reached the three week mark from our clients wedding we continued to do research and was recommended to use Bella Rosa Corp. Hawaii. In one week we had our account set up, a designated rep and were able to place our floral order. In additions, we were able to rent space as needed as a co op workspace. Bella Rosa did not disappoint. Very disappointed with the experience or lack of from Watanabe as this was our first choice for wholesale flowers in Oahu. I did give a two star as the account was successfully opened but as a business owner communication is essential for not only sale but establishing healthy relationships whether everyday customer or wholesale vendor.

  Delivery is always on time and proper. Flowers are immaculate and last a long time.

  The flowers were so amazing & delightful. My girlfriend received them and she was stunned by the beauty. I am very happy with the delivery and service.
