Of course, I had a Heavy heart, but Chaleia helped me through this. There were some complications, but this young lady was able to land me the sale price. The note card was hardest, but again, Chaleia helped me through that and added a special aloha at the end. I highly recommend Watanabe Floral for any And every occasion!

I painstakingly go through your phone tree, then wait on hold for several minutes only to have someone pickup then immediately hang up... not once but twice! Very rude and unprofessional. Not only that, but to be able to order and pay online, knowing that the lei would be there 2 weeks in advance was a weight off my shoulders. The price was very competitive too. This Lei was for a very special Aunt who was celebrating her 90th bday. Mahalo Watanabe florist for making a beautiful woman feel so special at her birthday party.

There was no apology or follow up provided by the team to learn what went wrong so things can be done differently in the future.
