I purchased my men’s wedding band here, and one of the big reasons I chose Tiffany was their promise of complimentary cleaning for life — it was part of what made the purchase feel special and worth the price. I just found out that they now charge for silver cleaning, and no one ever notified me of this change. I still get plenty of marketing emails and texts from Tiffany, but not a single message about this policy shift. To me, that feels misleading. When a brand builds trust on promises like lifetime care, then quietly takes that away, it leaves a really bad impression. I expected better from Tiffany & Co.
