- SLStanley LiFeb 25, 20251.0I usually avoid posting negative reviews, but this was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The salesperson, a blonde-haired man, was either racist or simply rude. He repeatedly handed us luxury sunglasses and insisted we try them in a pushy manner. When we finally chose an inexpensive pair, he made condescending remarks about them being cheap. During checkout, he spoke loudly to his colleague about whether we were Chinese or Japanese, implying it didn’t matter how we were treated. I clearly heard his words. Then, while we were using the tablet to complete our purchase, he abruptly skipped an option on the screen and dismissively said, “This is for U.S. citizens only.” I was shocked. Having lived in the U.S. for about ten years, in both New York and California, I have never encountered such blatant racism—especially in a well-known organization.

Mother’s Day & my Daughters Birthday 12 May 2019. My Daughter suffers from Migraines, the glasses he chose for her were Maui Jim with patented PolarizedPlus2. Totally brilliant technology that immediately improved her outlook on life, no more squinting YAY!! His knowledge of his products was amazing! I adore my Prada’s & got many many compliments, as did Lauren. They’re both so comfortable & beautifully made... they even stopped me squinting 🥰 Thanks so much Victor, you’re a Star 🌟 He deserves way more money SunglassHut!

Also the manager there (can't remember his name) is super knowledgeable. Former helicopter pilot so he knows a lot about sunglasses.
