He urged me to look around, laughed when I said I was fine, and made the process unnecessarily uncomfortable. I spent a lot of money on this trip and wasn’t trying to pull anything; I simply wanted to return something that didn’t work for me. I understand retail can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. He eventually went through the motions of helping, but the attitude throughout the interaction left a poor impression.

Today after waiting for a pair of the Gen 2 Meta Sunglasses (still have not received) I called into the store and the Manager was able to get me all set up with the transition lenses in the perfect pair of glasses . I use this store for any and all of my sunglasses. Highly Recommend. A Very Happy Customer.
