- KBKathryn BensonOct 5, 20252.0I called ahead to confirm the exact pair I wanted and came in about 30 minutes later to pick them up. The woman who helped me, Tiffany, wasn’t rude, but her tone was unpleasant and she seemed cold and uninterested. Her customer service could have been much better — it felt like adjusting my new glasses was more of an inconvenience than part of the job. I also noticed a price difference from when I bought the exact same pair five months ago. When I asked about it, she said there was a price change in March, but I made my original purchase in April, so that didn’t really answer my question. She seemed annoyed that I even asked. Overall, the experience was unfriendly and disappointing, especially when you’re spending that kind of money. I do not recommend working with Tiffany. If you’re shopping here, visit the Sunglass Hut upstairs instead — I’ve always had great experiences there.
