The woman who helped me, Tiffany, wasn’t rude, but her tone was unpleasant and she seemed cold and uninterested. Her customer service could have been much better — it felt like adjusting my new glasses was more of an inconvenience than part of the job. I also noticed a price difference from when I bought the exact same pair five months ago. When I asked about it, she said there was a price change in March, but I made my original purchase in April, so that didn’t really answer my question. She seemed annoyed that I even asked. Overall, the experience was unfriendly and disappointing, especially when you’re spending that kind of money. I do not recommend working with Tiffany. If you’re shopping here, visit the Sunglass Hut upstairs instead — I’ve always had great experiences there.
