  I received 10/10 service from Blue! I wanted to buy a dress but I could see a small string in between the linen on the front side. Not super visible but it was there & so she called for the seamstress/whoever handles that to come take a look. The first lady who looked said "its not even visible from the front, it's so small so it doesn't matter." I mentioned that it was slightly visible & that this was going to be my graduation dress but she slightly dismissed my feelings. I ended up just saying "ok you're right, it's not that visible." Blue asked me if I wanted a 2nd opinion bc she overheard this & I said "that's ok." She told me she was going to call another seamstress anyways bc "a 2nd opinion doesn't hurt & this is important to you." The 2nd seamstress ended up taking the string out no problem. I really appreciated Blue for doing this. I then was checked out by another girl named Sarah at the counter who was super friendly, funny, & helpful. They bagged my dress & congratulated me since this was my graduation dress. Anyways, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. It makes a difference having genuinely nice workers. Thanks again Blue & Sarah :)

  I could not for the life of me understand what the point of this store was. It seemed like a Macy's, just less cluttered and more elegant with higher prices. That was when they first opened up shop. Fast forward a few and I found myself with 8 hours to kill before a flight home. What better place to spend it at than Ala Moana? A friend absolutely loves this store. I took a chance and went in again, took my time and really browsed around. It was like night and day. I found really nice shirts, some cheap, some medium priced, with very nice designs and quality. I even found some nice shoes and I am NOT a shoe shopper. The service was excellent. I had about 6 associates ask me if I needed assistance. And I like that they bring your purchase around the counter to you instead of over it.

  I don’t often leave reviews — but after our experience with Cathy, I genuinely felt compelled to. My wife and I are currently expecting our first child, and as you can imagine, this is a season in life where clear information, trust, and ease of process mean everything. From start to finish, Cathy guided us through every step with such a level of professionalism, empathy, and calm confidence that it immediately put us at ease. She didn’t just do her job — she anticipated our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and treated our time and concerns with respect. My wife even said, “I’m so glad she’s the one helping us” — and that’s not something we say lightly. In today’s world, it’s rare to meet someone who blends product knowledge, emotional intelligence, and genuine care as naturally as Cathy does. She wasn’t pushy. She wasn’t scripted. She was sincere, informative, and truly invested in making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. As a salesperson and a brand representative, she set the bar incredibly high.
