  Friendly and helpful staff - she suggested options on how to find the jeans I was looking for. They don’t have a wide selection like the mainland which was disappointing since I was hoping to buy a lot during the yearly sale but left with nothing.

  Charlie at the BOSS clothing section provided an excellent shopping experience. He was enthusiastic, friendly, and easy to talk to without being pushy. His product knowledge was impressive, and the return and exchange process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience.

  It is very easy to purchase gifts for Christmas here. The store offers beautiful Christmas trees and a tasteful interior design. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel like a five-star shopping visit.

  I received 10/10 service from Blue! I wanted to buy a dress but I could see a small string in between the linen on the front side. Not super visible but it was there & so she called for the seamstress/whoever handles that to come take a look. The first lady who looked said "its not even visible from the front, it's so small so it doesn't matter." I mentioned that it was slightly visible & that this was going to be my graduation dress but she slightly dismissed my feelings. I ended up just saying "ok you're right, it's not that visible." Blue asked me if I wanted a 2nd opinion bc she overheard this & I said "that's ok." She told me she was going to call another seamstress anyways bc "a 2nd opinion doesn't hurt & this is important to you." The 2nd seamstress ended up taking the string out no problem. I really appreciated Blue for doing this. I then was checked out by another girl named Sarah at the counter who was super friendly, funny, & helpful. They bagged my dress & congratulated me since this was my graduation dress. Anyways, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. It makes a difference having genuinely nice workers. Thanks again Blue & Sarah :)

  I could not for the life of me understand what the point of this store was. It seemed like a Macy's, just less cluttered and more elegant with higher prices. That was when they first opened up shop. Fast forward a few and I found myself with 8 hours to kill before a flight home. What better place to spend it at than Ala Moana? A friend absolutely loves this store. I took a chance and went in again, took my time and really browsed around. It was like night and day. I found really nice shirts, some cheap, some medium priced, with very nice designs and quality. I even found some nice shoes and I am NOT a shoe shopper. The service was excellent. I had about 6 associates ask me if I needed assistance. And I like that they bring your purchase around the counter to you instead of over it.
