  NEVER GO THIS STORE —the manager is horrible. She told me “You should buy the shoes because you’ve tried so much the staff worked hard for you.” WOW really??? After trying on shoes for 25 minutes due to broken toes and foot injuries, I wanted to pay in cash. The manager told me returns would be exchange or store credit only, with a one-year expiration. When I asked why cash payments had restrictions, I received no clear explanation. Instead, she pressured me to buy, saying, “You should buy the shoes because you tried so much and the staff worked hard for you.” Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. The staff who helped me, Jing Hui, was very patient and nice tho.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience with Coco. She is very professional and patient, always responding to my questions quickly and helping me place order for the item I love. When I had question with my account, she took the time to carefully help me. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her!

  Associate helped my wife and she looked and me and said “I don’t need to know your name since something would be for your wife” and I wanted to say “except I’m the one that would be buying. So you should know my name.” We left.
