- KGKels G2 days ago5.0I was told Madewell jeans were great, so I stopped by today. I’ve never been here or tried their jeans before, and shopping for denim can be overwhelming. But Sierra made the experience amazing, she was kind, charismatic, and patient while helping me find the perfect fits. I don’t usually write reviews, but her customer service was that good. Thank you, Sierra!
- LPLeilani PerezMar 5, 20242.0Love Madewell and always have. However, I had a poor customer service experience a few weeks ago that I tried to shake off but it really bothered me. There was a younger gal with long brown hair working the counter and helped me with a return. She was pretty unfriendly to start with, and then followed me around the store and just stared at me which made me pretty uncomfortable. (I think she was making sure I didn’t steal.) then when I checked out she claimed I had earrings in my hand and she would need to ring those up too. I didn’t have earrings in my hand and showed her. The overall experience was so gross and uncomfortable. I get that you have to keep out for shoplifters but the way she was following me and accusing me of stealing was way overboard and left a sour taste in my mouth.
