  What was a 5 star experience quickly went bad at the end. I came in with my mother to help her pick out a new bag. I asked the sales guy about the return policy as my mom changes her mind sometimes and wants to be able to exchange it just in case she wants to. He said 30 days no problem. She finds a bag she likes and the sales guy offers to “personalize” the tag with a little flower. What he neglected to tell us is when a bag is personalized, it is no longer returnable or exchangeable. Despite the fact we mentioned before about needing to be able to exchange!!! He even personalized the other LV bag she got at the mall so now she can’t exchange that one either. At the end of the trip there my mom found a bag she liked even better than the one she just picked out, and was going to switch it for this other bag, but the sales guy says “sorry, it’s no longer returnable”. What kind of deceptive scam of a business is this? How is it not policy to WARN customers that getting your bag personalized now means it’s never able to be returned or exchanged? I literally asked him about being able to return if she changes her mind, he said 30 days no problem. Then 30 minutes later decides to offer this “personalized” option with NO WARNING AT ALL saying this makes the purchase final. What was a good experience is now tired sour and negative because of this sales guys little scam to get his customers to never be able to exchange a bag again. Sales guy was Juan I think. He was very nice and helpful but I can’t help but feel like his lack of warning about the personalization not being returnable was extremely unprofessional and it should not happen again.

  I made a purchase while staying at this location and my experience was absolutely wonderful. Of course the craftsmanship of the products are exceptional. But it was truly the people in the store that made it such a lovely experience. I was fortunate to have Ethan assist me that day and the care he took of me has me looking forward to my next purchase. Can not wait to make my way back to this location soon.

  I have been to many Louie Vuitton stores, all over the world, and have never experienced such a pleasant associate as Kai. He’s extremely helpful, patient, kind and has a vast knowledge of LV’s products. Thank you Kai for making my experience in your store such a memorable one.

  Kai was amazing! He went above and beyond for us in the store and making sure other items were shipped in time for Christmas! Everyone showed true Aloha spirit and we appreciate you all 🤙🏽 Mahalo
