  My wife and I first visited the store in 2025, having never looked at LV product previously we came away happy with the treatment and service we received as we looked at some of their options. We returned this year and our sales lady Nozomi was absolutely amazing, she helped my wife through the purse and wallets shopping experience and assisted in making sure the pieces she got fit her size well. When we came back fresh off a catamaran sail right off the beach she was just as helpful as I chose a wallet before returning to the waves for a swim. The stores are always pristine, but the sales staff (in our case specifically Nozomi) truly set our shopping experience to a higher level and made it incredibly enjoyable!

  I was genuinely interested in an item. I had asked if there was a vegan line or something that wasn’t fully leather. The guy i had asked said: oh well no. But we ethically source the leather. And I responded, nothing is really ethical to me about it, but thanks. He responded so condescendingly saying: “that’s your opinion, I love my meat” Honestly, regardless of the “opinion” it was a such a rude comment in general to anyone that is just asking a question - especially as a customer. I honestly felt like I should have called a manager. I was just honest. I just wanted an answer to know my options. Later went to the Hilton Village location where I was shown items that weren’t entirely leather and was met with empathy and kindness. I wish I knew the guys name to put him on blast, but he was too insignificant for me to go back and get it. So leaving this here in case he hears about this negative review so he can maybe learn empathy and leave behind condescending / rude remarks. Also for anyone who does love animals and not “[their] meat” to maybe skip this store.

  Terrible experience. I came in at 10 AM for a quick exchange before my flight. The wait was ridiculously long because they were cleaning a stain off my item after I paid. When I asked for help, an Asian male staff member with a beard was extremely rude and dismissive. He had a terrible "slacker" attitude and offered zero help. The manager was also too slow to process a refund when I requested one. I had to run to catch my flight. If you want to be treated with arrogance and waste your time, come here. Otherwise, avoid this store. The bearded guy is a nightmare.

  Today I went in to get a black cross body purse. We were assisted by Steven who was amazing, but we had dinner reservations and so we had to leave early. Steven assured that he would have another associate help us when we came back after dinner. I received a friendly text from Micaela letting us know that she would be ready for us when we finished dinner. Which is Absolutely amazing! (Most other retailers don’t have that kind of care or consideration!) When we came back after dinner we were greeted by Micaela and she took the time to make sure that I got the exact purse that I was hoping for! There were so many small black cross-body bags to choose from and it was hard to make the decision, but Micaela never made me feel pressured or rushed! I love my new bag! It’s gorgeous and will go with casual or dressy events!!! 10 Stars for Louis Vuitton in Honolulu!!! ⭐️🌴👜🌺💕
