This time I went to see if they have the bag, I have eyes on. They didn't have it as I expected from the area of million tourist. In true fashion, I always seem to like the bags on the top shelf, and she would happily pull each one down for me. Or if I wanted to see it in another color, she would go grab it from the back. She did not make me feel rushed by any means. After about 3 hours I was finally able to make a choice and so happy and thankful for Ms. Kelly and her giving the space and knowledge to make a beautiful choice. I love it! She was so gracious to even bring me water while I tried to decide on accessories. 10 out of 10 for Ms. Kelly!!! I’ll see you next time I visit!
