  Terrible experience. I came in at 10 AM for a quick exchange before my flight. The wait was ridiculously long because they were cleaning a stain off my item after I paid. When I asked for help, an Asian male staff member with a beard was extremely rude and dismissive. He had a terrible "slacker" attitude and offered zero help. The manager was also too slow to process a refund when I requested one. I had to run to catch my flight. If you want to be treated with arrogance and waste your time, come here. Otherwise, avoid this store. The bearded guy is a nightmare.

  We had a great experience at this store and our girl Mira was fantastic. She did not pressure us but was close by for any questions we had. She was very attentive but not pushy. We went in for a wallet and walked out with a wallet and a new bag!

  Today I went in to get a black cross body purse. We were assisted by Steven who was amazing, but we had dinner reservations and so we had to leave early. Steven assured that he would have another associate help us when we came back after dinner. I received a friendly text from Micaela letting us know that she would be ready for us when we finished dinner. Which is Absolutely amazing! (Most other retailers don’t have that kind of care or consideration!) When we came back after dinner we were greeted by Micaela and she took the time to make sure that I got the exact purse that I was hoping for! There were so many small black cross-body bags to choose from and it was hard to make the decision, but Micaela never made me feel pressured or rushed! I love my new bag! It’s gorgeous and will go with casual or dressy events!!! 10 Stars for Louis Vuitton in Honolulu!!! ⭐️🌴👜🌺💕

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! Me and my fiancée (I’m Italian, he’s Latino, you’ll see soon why I mentioned this) walked in over the summertime just because, idk, the building looked cool and it was one of those Waikiki nights where we were holding hands and taking it all in and we wanted to walk in for no good reason. Like we weren’t intending to buy anything, but that shouldn’t matter, right? The first person we meet is this dude (forgot his name, but slicked back black hair, tan), a “client advisor”, who proceeded to follow us through EVERY SINGLE PART of that damn store. I had to tell him to check prices on stuff for me just to get him away from us so we could browse in peace!!! Was it because we were gay? Was it because we were both young (I’m 22, my love is 25)? It can’t have been because we looked poor or something, I was wearing a Rolex, for God’s sake! And they must be used to young clientele, they’re LV, they have teenagers in all the time buying the most expensive stuff imaginable!!! There was something in the air regardless, and it was VERY uncomfortable. Also, it looks like I’m not the only reviewer here to mention this, so just be advised and maybe take your business to Saks or Nieman’s (whatever department store they have) is you really want LV (honestly though, there is much better leather quality to be found out there, LV is quite cheap).

  I stopped in from Omaha, Nebraska and had the privilege of working with NAOMI HU and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fragrances I was looking at. She gave me informed choices about adding afternoon swim to my collection so that I don’t have repeat types of fragrances. She knew the ins and outs of refilling, price per ounce (small vs large bottle), sales tax, and shipping to Nebraska. Highly recommend that you work with Naomi when you visit the store.
