- WLWesley Low3 days ago1.0We've gone there annually for years. Now under new ownership. Place is cleaner, less cluttered, and more machines on display. Greatly reduced selection of Japanese fabrics. Staff might as well have been sleeping. We were the only two there and the two staffers didn't greet us, smile nor ask if we needed help. The aloha spirit is gone. We were there 19Feb, Thursday AM. If ownership cares, they can figure out who the sales staff were and teach them proper sales and service skills. We later learned from several other fabric stores that the salesforce at KDG has a reputation of inconsistent manners and service. If the owner wants to make a successful business, management needs to train better. They still have some unique fabrics but they don't deserve our business. It saddened us dearly.
